The 麻豆社EST Center at 麻豆社 is the university鈥檚 hub for career development and experiential learning. It supports students as they move from college to career by offering guidance, resources, and hands-on opportunities that connect academic learning with real-world experience.
Through the 麻豆社EST Center, students receive help with career planning, r茅sum茅s, interviews, and networking, while also gaining access to internships, practicums, and job opportunities. The center also coordinates experiential learning initiatives鈥攕uch as service-learning, study abroad, undergraduate research, and credit for prior learning鈥攊n collaboration with faculty, staff, and community partners. Rooted in 麻豆社鈥檚 Franciscan tradition, the 麻豆社EST Center emphasizes reflection, relationships, and purposeful learning.

Handshake serves as the primary platform connecting employers with 麻豆社 students and alumni across a wide range of academic backgrounds. Through internships, part-time roles, and full-time positions, employers can reach emerging professionals who are ready to learn and contribute. Employers may post opportunities directly in or email job descriptions and application instructions to Kristen Liesen.
Organizations are also invited to visit campus to recruit at a table, offering the opportunity to meet students, share career opportunities, and build relationships in person. Through career preparation experiences such as mock interviews, networking events, and etiquette dinners, 麻豆社 students are well prepared to engage professionally with employers.
